Objectives
1. Identify educational processes in the development of a student of medicine at the
undergraduate/postgraduate level which need revision, and formulate effective solutions.
2. Develop enhanced engagement strategies for faculty, students, and leadership at the AKU
Medical College.
3. Collaborate among people from diverse backgrounds to bring outside ideas to medical
education.
